Did not receive a paper for 3 weeks. But I did get the run around from their automated service. Finally got a real customer service person...from the Philippines! She did a good job. Thats why they are getting one star instead of no stars. Oh yeah, and their paper is a very bias opinionated news sheet that almost reads like a tabloid.
