I went in for a small problem I was having with my certified used 2010 Prius. They took the car back, presumably did nothing (for about 1.5hrs), and then told me that Keith Pierson does not work on certified used Toyotas. Actually they told me that Toyota doesn't have a certified used program. I took it to Beaver Toyota where they fixed it under the certified warranty no problem, and no cost to me. DON'T TAKE YOUR CERTIFIED USED TOYOTA HERE. I'll never come back.
