My stay for delivery was great . Doctors and nurses were awesome. Billing with genesys is an absolute nightmare. When your pregnant you may have multiple visits and they bill all as separate accounts. So I have 2 visits that need to be paid and they refuse to combine them so I can make 1 payment a month. 1 payment for 1 is doable but the other is so high we cant even set it up ans they refuse to lower the payment to even $100 . I can see a lot of people not paying their Bill's at all because if you arent going to accept what I can give then I guess it doesnt get paid. It's horrible customer service and puts people in a place of going delinquent because you want accept a payment if it's not the amount you want to take !
