We had our air conditioning go out unexpectedly on a weekend. I called first thing on a Saturday morning, and a technician came out later that same morning. He was able to get the system back working in the morning, but in the afternoon we heard a sound that indicated a further problem. We called and the technician came out again that same day, was able to do some additional diagnostics and determined that a bear in the motor had gone. While Trademasters was not able to fix it that day, they called first thing Monday morning and got a technician out to replace the motor. We have a regular service agreement and they only charged us for replacing the motor. I very much appreciate the expertise and professionalism of the technicians and prompt response from the support staff. I will definitely stay with Trademasters.
