Put in a claim feb 2 and its feb 16 having issues getting around 180.00 lol. Very slow. They keep telling me to send this paper this invoice to resend this to send my dogs med records etcmthen as i resend i call them and they said i had 3 claims which is supposed to Be one claim

I am still waiting for my claim just called them again and theres more issues so i canceled this insurance its Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE insurance its alreadynesr the end of
feb and nothing..dont understand how alot of people are giving good ratings. I always have bad luck in life
