I have wasted my time calling up your customer service team 3 times now regarding the same issue. How can you realistically think to bill me for a period before I had moved in to this apartment and now say you have passed my data (illegally) to a debt collectors?

Customer service Ruth blatantly lied and said I would be liable for the period Oct-Nov when I moved in December. Stupid
