Didn t pick up for a children s school field trip ...

Didn t pick up for a children s school field trip on time. Arrived at 0845 for a 7:30am pick up. It was cold and children left outside waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes. If you can t make a pick up on time don t accept the contract. And don t use traffic as an excuse. With transportation. You have to plan for traffic accidents etc. just like taking a child to school. No excuses. Now planned events for the field trip will be missed because we are late due to poor service and planning.
