miserable experience, their phones don't pick up, they don't answer emails and shirts you order don't arrive - and they don't reimburse you for orders that never get to you!!!! Dont' do online orders with these people wait till the first day of school to buy - or else you will be paying twice!!!
SCHOOL HAS STARTED AND WE RE STILL WAITING ON MY TWO SONS SCHOOL SHIRTS. placed the order BEFORE the due date and we still haven t received it. 3 out of the 10 times I ve called them, the guy says same thing- Sorry I ll ship it out tomorrow. It s been almost two months and still no shirts. Will I EVER get my order? Can I get REIMBURSED for having to purchase MORE school shirts because Kula Threads didn t finish theirs in time? Can I just get a REFUND?
I orders pe shirts at Kula threads for my two daughters and it didn t arrive at my house even though I order it 2 months before my child started school.Now my children have started and the shirts haven t come yet. They never answer there phones even though the the website says they are open.Now my kids are eight days into school and they haven t come.
Phone's not always answered emails take a little bit but for the price product is great
I decided to go and buy the shirts myself in person instead of ordering online. I got lost for 20 minutes because I didn't realize it was a warehouse but that's my fault. The gentleman was great at helping me with directions when I finally called to see if I was even the right area. The lady that helped me with the shirts was really nice and friendly.

School started in July still waiting on items ordered in June. Called several times, left several emails regarding status of order with barely any response. Spoke to a female once and no one since. No product, no response, no refund. DOE should look into another vendor for school uniforms.
Ordered my son's PE uniforms from them in July and still have not received them...it's been a whole month of school.
