I would NOT recommend this company,. They made a mistake when correcting the details for my company set up. One of the ladies I spoke to was very rude. The email help they then provided then created a further issue. Don't use them just for the price, it is NOT worth it!!

Much easier and quicker to use companies house. They charge you before registration to disguise this therefore I had to waste my time continuing with the difficult registration process.

Horrible process!!! First, they ask for the payment and once that is done, they present you with non-functional forms to fill. I got stuck at the passport field because I don't hold a UK passport and while they say you can still enter the passport second line, they format it like a UK passport so none of your entries will work. How smart is this!!!! Don't use them

The lovely girl Jennifer stayed on chat with me after closing hours to explain the difference between the packages! What a lovely thing to do. Thank you for a great experience and making my life easier

Do not use this company. they are scam artists and will do things wrong to try and charge you extra money i called several times and they say they only recorded two of the calls..the woman who asnwers the phone is incredibly rude with no manners whatsoever..shes talks over you and speaks down to you..i asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and told me to call her manager if i didnt like it and hung up on me.

I would strongly avoid working with this company. Having read the reviews of others stating the issues with that they don't answer the phone, keep to their promises and are generally a very difficult company to work with. I would have thought speaking with the "manager" named Tom would make things better but it appears to be the issues with the Company come from the top.

Excellent service all round, on the ball with timely email communication and reassuring input from a team of helpful patient people willing to give advice and assistance during a telephone call, highly recommended.

This company is a nightmare. AFTER ITS FORMATION they threatened to dissolve the company and, when we asked them why, they suddenly decided to shut the down the registered address service and refused to give our client their post. This is despite us being a repeat customer. Rest assured we will not be using them ever again.

We have been working with TFC for over 5 years, nothing but good words to say, they have never failed us.

Forming Limited Companies is an ever more complicated process that TFC have managed to navigate. I see some negative comments and from the wording i suspect these people had unrealistic expectations and are blaming their own lack of knowledge or research on TFC.

"Carina Irving" is one of the adviser, she is very helpful ,knowledgeable and assets to the company.

Called to sort out a query whilst processing a company registration online and spoke with Carina. The call was answered straight away. She was knowledgeable, friendly and dealt with my issue immediately to enable to company to be formed. In this day and age of very questionable customer care it was very nice and refreshing to have someone genuinely trying to help and who knew what they were talking about.

Great until the add on they sold me ran out and they threatened me with the police if I continued to use the office address THEY SOLD to me. unbelievable!

It is very difficult and trying to sell too many services which is irrelevant. I tried to register with a name which was acceptable to companies house and other formation website but your site refused it. Later on I put the name which was already registered and your system accepted that and later on Companies House rejected. I found this is very bizarre.

Excellent company that I worked with as part of the 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year Award. I received their Super package for coming in 2nd place. I am very grateful towards them and I am inspired by their desire to promote British businesses.

Its a con. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone not even my enermy. Best to do it all yourself. They say you get all these freebies etc for x amount of money and it's not true.. I have a Lloyds business account I'm still waiting on More

Still waiting for my company to be registered after more than 48 hours.....

Setting up a business for the first time can be daunting. I decided not to use my accountant for this process as I wanted to understand it for myself.
With the formation company I feel I have someone to fall back on should I need to ask any questions, emails are answered promptly or there is CHAT which responds to your query straight away. I have a long way to go yet but I am very happy I chose the Formation Company and I would recommend.

Great service. Really helpful staff, and they found just the right package for me.

I needed to register a company as my work load and direction has changed slightly so I decided to try these guys. The application form was easy to fill out and very to the point and the company has since contacted me with regards to my application and helped me through the process as a few questions needed to rectified (including the security aspect). Very polite, very detailed and very helpful. Highly recommended

Setup of the company was good...

But the registered address and forwarding services are less so.

Google my business refuses to allow you to use the address, as it is occupied by multiple companies. Word of warning if you want to grow.

Mail forwarding is pants. No scans. Letters get forwarded so slowly it is maddening. Average 2 week delay between mail being received at office address and then received by forwarding address.

As a first time user I found the service really straight forward and easy to use. Fantastic!

They catch you with low prices but once they have your details you get spammed by third parties and can't get rid of them. They also have loads of hidden charges they take from you so it costs far more than anyone's else due to hidden costs! Stay away!

Wanted to log in to access my account, but it turns out they'd deleted my account. I appreciate their response to this review, but I did originally contact their support team who weren't able to assist. I've since obtained the details I needed from elsewhere.

I was very happy with my experience with The Formations Company. It was very efficient and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend them for sure.

The people at there company are helpful. You only get the discounted offer once and then they mention fair use policy. They then hike up the price and provide you incentives that will only benefit them in the long run. Looking for a more reliable company to work with in the future.

I've been using this company for years, for myself and for clients, and I've found them to be very cost effective, helpful and flawless.
I see some negative reviews here and I must say, I have experienced the opposite to a lot of them. It seems that some people don't understand the process or have made it too complicated.
I also have the virtual office service with the company and, if I need help, I pick up the phone and get great service.
Can't recommend these guys enough.

Stanley Davis Group are supporting Russian money laundering from 2 Woodberry even after the UK Salisbury Attack.

It appears Andrew Davis , Stanley Davis, Marc and all allowing Russian money to be moved through UK companies.

It is disgusting the illict money and shell companies setup.

The chief executives are simply turning a blind eye to shell companies.

I would hope you would deter but you appear to do the contrary.

Not happy. The company name I applied for (which they stated was available) was rejected because guess what ...the company name was actually not available. So, when I wanted to call them I found the number on their website begins with 0845! I can't help but laugh!

It takes too long you better off using Companies House to open the company. Very slow service

Absolute shower. No one in office to answer ANY calls or enquires. DO NOT USE
