A1 don't have competitive in SA they sell quality at the cheapest price i really like this shop

I enquired about headphones which they advertised and i wanted to purchase them, when i finally got intouch the sales person he put the phone down on me twice because i asked if they can assist with delivery to cape town. As a "retailer" you dont put calls down in your customer ears, you should try and assist first if you cant then say that you cant...A1 sound has the worst service that iv ever experienced in my 20 years in the sound industry in south africa.

They sell high quality musical instruments, a bit pricey but definitely among the best.

This is one of my best shop for sound equipments in Joburg l recommend others to visit for the perfect sound equipments

Place is a nightmare to get parking. Their prices used to be quite low compared to other shops, but now they are super expensive.

The equipment is top range, the customer support depends on whom you meet. Some guys are boring, some guys are friendly. The most awkward and very boring thing is that there is no parking for cars. I have struggled to find a space to park my car everytime I visited the shop. I had to leave my friend in the car and flash hazards.

Great range of products and good customer service but pricing unstable and may cause customers to feel robbed at times.

Bad experience. They sell things they can even repair. They are even rude about it.

It's in the busy part of JHB city so parking is a problem. The kind of customers in the shop are not professionals. There are lots of people looking for electronics so staff are busy and expect you to know what you want.

This guys are amazing, 90% of our company equippment we buy from A1 Sound.

You get good Value for your money, Mahummand the owner is very friendly and alway happy to assist, they sell quality products and you won't get any better deal than A1 Sound.

The devices are top notch but the condition of the store is very bad, dirty with sharp smell

JOHN I fully agree with you. i was also complaining to the ''managers'' but just dont get any responce from them. i am so glad to see that i am not the only one sitting with this problems.

My complaints was if you go to store you for ever wait at the cable station to get helped. when you ask for someone the are very irritated, and not very helpful.

i have phoned once or twice that they just put the phone down in my ear. when i phone again they so sorry sir i thought we were done talking.
this is unacceptable,.

there online chats does not work you wait for hours and hours to get feedback from them. they dont answer it at all.

i have booked in 1 of my speaker to get fixed. i asked them so nicely to phone me if it gets back. i waited for two months then decided to go to the store myself. when i got there they told my ''sir it got back about a month ago. i had to cancel two of my functions were the clients needed stage monitors. i lost abour R12000 because they did not phone me. as they promised.

please if their is more people out their with problems with a1 sound asspecialy with their manager please porst it. they cant get away with it to ignore our complaints..
