I recently moved into a new home and realized that the ducts were filthy and that the furnace had no record of being serviced since it was installed 4 years ago. I called WES and spoke to a very polite and knowledgeable woman named Kelly who told me she could schedule one appointment to have my ducts cleaned and the furnace tuned up at the same time, which the other two companies I spoke to couldn't do. She was able to set the appointment for the exact date and time frame I was looking for. I received a confirmation email shortly after. The day of my appointment I received a call from the technician saying he would be arriving within a half hour. Pat Carr and his assistant Jacob arrived right on time. They greeted me and before entering my home they put on shoe covers, which I really appreciated. Pat walked me through the whole process of what they needed to do and let me know it would take about 2 hours to complete. Once my filthy ducts were all cleaned they went to work on my furnace which included removing the blower motor and pressure washing it. Pat did an excellent job coaching Jacob every step of the way and they worked very efficiently. After they were done and everything was put back together Jacob went around to my heat registers and my return air vents and checked the temperatures with a heat gun to ensure that everything was running properly. I thought this was a great way to show that the system was running as well as it could. Pat was able to run my payment on the spot and I received my receipt via email within 30 seconds. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone at WES definitely went above and beyond but made it seem like that's just business as usual for them. I'll definitely be recommending them to others. Thanks Washington Energy Services!
