One star because I had to give one. I did not stay at this location so my review isn't about my overall stay. However I did indeed make a reservation online in hopes of getting to check in a bit earlier. I called the front desk and the biggest douchebag of a supervisor answered, Ellis. He stated check in before 3pm would not be possible for me so I understood and requested for a cancellation. Since I booked online with Priceline I had to call them but once I was on the phone with them, they had to call the front desk to confirm. His response was not what I hoped for. I was typically going to be charged for the room because they denied my cancellation. How is it okay to take people's money like that? Ellis was a very rude and his tone was the worst type of customer service I've experienced. I was afraid my card on file was going to be charged for sure especially after the phone call. Several attempts were made but luckily my bank made sure these greedy kind of businesses wouldn't get a dime from me. Never taking a second look at this location!!!
