I made an appointment to get my Onstar evaluated. ...

I made an appointment to get my Onstar evaluated. It stopped working a week after the extended warranty expired, literally 1 week. I dropped my truck off Friday at 1pm. I received an email on Saturday stating I missed my appointment. My truck was in Kelley's possession when I received this email. I call service to verify they still have my truck. They verify, but have not looked at it as of that Saturday. I get a call from Walt on Monday saying my warranty has expired & the Onstar would not be covered under warranty replacement. I told Walt I would be in to get my Truck. When I arrived to pick up my truck I noticed all 4 of my chrome wheel covers missing on my 2015 Z71 Silverado. I went back in & spoke to the service manager. He said he would replace them at no cost, but then proceeded to tell me "we won't do this again, if your truck is left here it's your problem". My issue with that is, service only had to make a phone call to check my warranty on Friday, 11/20, but they waited until Monday, while my truck sat on the lot all weekend. Then acted like it was my fault for my property being stolen. I must say, for being a loyal customer to Kelley since I bought my truck from you guys, you don't treat your service customers with any respect. That's just poor business. I am really disappointed that this area is not secure & then you guys blame the customer for things coming up missing. I do appreciate the replacement wheel covers, but I will not be returning to Kelley Chevrolet for service. Your team needs more training.
