Bill Kutz Review of Haarp

Funny how everyone assumes they are trying to control the weather, and this is the only site. One a little East of Platteville CO. One near Chernobyl, One in the South Atlantic Ocean, and a few more. To me it looks much more like a directed energy weapon. Just think of a Fusion bomb without the bomb, just the results. No long term radiation, just destruction. Can they do this, I doubt it, not yet, but give them some more time.
The old HAARP site near Platteville CO is about 5 miles away from me. It's now an "Atmospheric research" area, and they have another just to the East of Erie CO. The tornado that ripped through Windsor CO. a few years back started just to the South of the "old' HAARP site. Another smaller F2 started almost the same spot, but it moved directly South, something very strange for a tornado.
HAARP at the Platteville site operated "Ionosphere heaters". All I can say is that they beamed a lot of microwave energy up. What it did, only the operators know for sure.
I am not saying HAARP did this, all I am doing is offering information IMHO, ok? Please no haters.
