I recently purchased a vehicle at this location and at first my sales guy was very polite his name was David C. No complaints on the sales department. Then there's the service department, I had brought the vehicle in for the activation of the alarm and so far everything seems to be going smoothly. I waited and received their vehicle back in my possession under the time promised and I like that. As I leave the lot and drop my husband off to work, I stepped out to the drivers side and noticed a huge scratch on the side of the sliding door of my Toyota Sienna. My thoughts were, WTF happened!? So I called my sales guy David to tell him the situation and he agrees to meet up with me at the service department to ensure things would be taken care of. We meet up with the Coordinator miss (A) and she flat out said "oh, no that was there already", let me tell you guys, I went from nice and friendly to Ghetto girl in 2.5 seconds. I turned to this woman and said "do you think I would be so upset if I was the one who scratch my own vehicle because when I came this morning to get it serviced that scratch was not there." I request they call the person who did the 360 inspection on the vehicle and he too, agreed that the scratch was not noted by him due to the fact that it was not there when he performed the inspection. So pretty much this woman lied on the documents and no one wanted, of course, to take the blame. A few days later I drop the vehicle off at the service department for them to fix the scratch they made. I picked up the vehicle 2 days later since I received a phone call stating that my vehicle will be ready for pick up after 4:00pm. I get there and knowing that they already had a bad start with me, I personally inspected the vehicle with my husband and discovered that they only fixed the deep scratch on the door but didn't replace the laminate sticker portion of the door which had deep scratches also . I was told that the part was already ordered the previous Friday before I dropped the vehicle and now I'm just plain furious! I paged the manager at the service department and had a few unkindly words with him regarding the extremely POOR QUALITY SERVICE I just received. Now I'm being asked to bring this vehicle back to the service department to have the missing parts, that they had agreed to replace in the beginning, to be put on next week Tuesday. Now I'm at the point of not wanting this vehicle anymore and just returning it and getting another vehicle at a different location where I can at least get some DECENT SERVICE and not waste my time going back and forth to this location. On top of this whole bull crap is that not a single soul has offered to compensate me for my time, mileage, or complimentary anything! How rude of them. I do not have spare time to waste, I am a very busy woman and I have better things to do than go back and forth with their damn service department. All I'm trying to say is do your job right and in a timely manner and you would have no problems, but if you give poor quality of service and neglect your clients agreement with them, then darn it expect bad reviews like this one. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
