What a useless bunch of morons. They don't have my address correct On their file, so I have to go to the effort of sending a poxy letter as they don't correspond by email for an address change. So any person could pose as me, send a letter and change to a different address. Whereas I can provide all manner of other data no one else can such as how much I paid last year and national insurance number. Apparently anybody could have that information but not anyone could have my address. So much rage.
