This is the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to cable and internet. They finally come out to connect my service and only connects my cable. I had to stop the serviceman to tell him I was also signed up for intrnet. He got like it agitated him and called it in. He hooked my internet but only gave a modem. I asked him if I get a router and he told me I had to get one on my own which no one told me when I called to get the service connected. So I finally get a router only to find out the modem doesn't work they supplied me. But I'm sure there gonna charge me for the internet I haven't used yet!!
