I'm currently staying at the Americana for the wee...

I'm currently staying at the Americana for the weekend of February 21st, 2020 and we are staying in room 112! When we entered our room the smell of air freshener was beyond overwhelming and unbearable! I've had the sliding door open and the door to the room to air it out for over an hour and the smell is not discapating! I complained at the front desk and the manager (Diane) said it will eventually just go away! I was only given the option to move to another room, which wasn't ready and required me to remove all my luggage from the room and wait in the lobby for hours with several hockey teams! Terrible management and customer service! Wouldn't ever stay here again!!! DIANE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!
