I have been working with Brittney at Boly:Welch for almost two years. She got me my first job downtown and I was over the moon. After less than a year, I found myself unhappy at this job and looking to find something different. She really cared about my happiness and satisfaction with my job long term. She immediately started looking and she ended up finding me my dream job. She really listens to what you are looking for and will fight for you. She goes above and beyond by helping with clothing advice and confidence boosts before interviews. She negotiated benefits at both jobs for me and got me exactly what I asked for. On top of that, she has exceptional communication skills and is an overall kind and compassionate person.
