So My Son Has Always been a very mucusy Baby But Just Because Im A New Mom And Freak Out But Ive Took My Son To The Er twice Before And I Was Just Left In The Room For Hours Before Anyone Talked To Me And Then They Like Rushed me Out With A Diagnoses Without Even Really Looking at my Son Now My Son Is In The ICU with Rsv While Ive Been Here I Have Found that The Times Before He Came Back Positive For Rhino Virus Which I Have Been Told Isnt Back I Was Not Informed That Also While I Have Been Here I Had One nurse for 3 nights in a row each night was traumatizing she man handled my 4 almost 5 month old ripped his iv out got blood every where and put a dirty diaper on it because she didnt have bandaids then the 3rd night she was doing all the above but also smacked my sons head against his swing and wasnt even apologetic about it. I lost it had to walk around to control my anger couldnt breathe shaking i had 3 nurses in here (she decided to take lunch when she saw i was mad.) telling me to calm down i finally talked to the charge nurse. Mind you i had complained yo everyone about this nurse from day one i said i didnt want her told them how she made me feel i was told they are understaffed and she had tge certifications to take care of my sons machine. So of course i tried to let it go but on the 3rd night i really lost it . i proceeded to tell the charge nurse she then told me she had no report of it or else she would have taken action. This situation was only 2 nights ago but i give them 3 stars because ever since then they have been really concerned and compasionate and they pay really close attention to my son And they made sure i never have that nurse again and that they would take care of it i dont give them more stars because it took me finally having enough and a really traumatic experience for them to do that. (Nurses name is Shannon)
