From getting out of the car to walking out the door, the customer service was phenomenal. I didn't leave that day with a car because I couldn't drive two, but they delivered it personally to my door a few hours away and helped me in every way possible. You talk about excellent hospitality and faithful to their customers, then you're talking about CARLOCK, a team that goes ABOVE and BEYOND! I appreciate the team for EVERYTHING!
