Don t waste your time with their instant cash offer. I had an offer from carmax but wanted to take it to Autobarn as we also leased a car through them. Took in our 2015 CX-5 with 18k and was told they wouldn t take it due to an accident, which was fine. On my way out the door the sales manager told me he would have given me $500 less than carmax. Not sure how you become a sales manager with skills like that. When we turn in our lease in a year and a half, we will not be buying our new car from any autobarn dealership.
