Beautiful grounds but poor customer service. I took a group of 8 people here on a Saturday and they couldn t be less accommodating. I was pushed all over the tasting room trying to get checked in. The lady at the desk/host stand would say one thing and I d get to the tasting bar and would be told another. It was honestly embarrassing taking a group of my friends and family from out of town here I expected this place to be top notch with 4.4 star reviews. From someone that is a wine club member at many wineries in Napa and Sonoma I was very disappointed in this experience. We left and went to Wente where the service is always good.
