Giving one star but really even that's too much, the communication is non existent, no one ever chases anything up, you repeatedly get told various excuses like computer errors are holding your payment up, they are more then happy to take up your case but don't expect your payment when they say you'll get, it add at least another 12weeks on to their time frame if not more.
