Recently I had Falmouth Energy check and clean our heating system. The technician that performed the service was very polite and knowledgeable about our furnace. However, when asked to install a new WiFi thermostat, his knowledge was far from proficient. Instead of admitting his unfamiliarity with the unit or contact someone else immediately for answers, he ate up over two hours of time for which I was billed. Even with the thermostat uninstalled I was billed for the time. After speaking with owner of company, an amount covering furnace cleaning was agreed. Invoice received was for a much higher amount. To say the least I have found another company that promises to deliver what they promise.
