If you are looking for a dealership that you can trust and feel comfortable with, Prestige is the place to go. In May of 2015, I leased my second Volkswagen from Prestige, with the help of Damon Gross. Damon is an incredible salesperson. He is friendly in the most genuine way. In fact, the entire staff at Prestige will say "hello" to you everywhere you go. I chose to lease my second vehicle again through Damon because of the excellent customer service experience he provides. All of my life I was under the impression that car dealers are pushy and that the process of buying/leasing a car is tedious and aggravating. My experience was the complete opposite! Damon was kind and interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted within my price range, he allowed me to test drive vehicles while answering all of my questions. Never once did I feel pressured or ill informed regarding any decision. He helped me find the exact car I wanted during both of my leases. He helped ensure my insurance was set up and that I felt confident driving off of the lot. He was always available to answer questions, during and even after the process. Never once did I feel like I was not in good hands. My experience with the service department during my previous lease was incredible as well! Each service was a breeze from drop off to pick up, effortless!
