This review is for service after the sell. Buyers BEWARE!!!
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited brand new from this dealership. It has been meticulously maintained, by this dealership. Keep in mind, we drive from Marianna, over a hour away to allow this dealership to maintain this vehicle since it was purchased from them and to allow them every opportunity to provide customer service after the sale.
Fortunately, we have enjoyed 62,000 miles without issue. Unfortunately, powertrain warranty expires on this year model at 60,000 miles.
Prior to 60,000 miles check engine light comes on. Was not able to get to the dealership prior to rolling past 60,000 miles.
So here we are, at 62,000 miles at the dealership with what they have diagnosed as a "bad cylinder head that will have to be replaced". The 3.6l head defect is well known and documented. Jeep even provided an extended warranty on 2011 through 2013 year models because of this and is currently under a class action law suit because of the head issue. This dealership does not deny any of this but states "Not their issue" but states this is a corporate issue. Yet, they are the ones selling the product with known defects and does not disclose this to their customers.
I gave this dealership the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service by given them customer loyalty after the sale, however, this dealership refused to step up when it is their turn to do their part.
I will not spend another penny at this dealership and would suggest caution to any others that is choosing to conduct business here.
