Recently bought a brand new car. The power steering started messing up so they got a new part order. i was told on Friday it would be in on Monday or Tuesday, i called Thursday because no one had filled me in on what was going on. They said it would be in that next Saturday. well that meant i would be waiting even longer. Then now on Wednesday they called and said to bring it in today or it would be too busy so i took it up there. when i got there in my lunch break they said o do you have to go back to work we don't have a rental. why didn't they tell me that when they called. So i left and was told to bring it back at 8:30 in the morning and someone would take me to work, well they did but in my car with my gas. Then when they got it fixed they parked it with the key inside with one of the windows completely open...? its a key-less entry Camry it wont lock with the key in it....this is the second time that I've had the problem with them driving my car and them not filling the gas up i even had to put gas in the rental the first time they looked at my car for a day. needless to say i pissed. and ill still have to deal with the service department because i get free tire rotations and oil changes for a while.
