It s like an assembly line everyone gets painted with the same brush and they don t listen to patients. The bedside manner of many nurses here is appalling from cardiac to the ER. It s not our fault they over work and under pay you. We don t want to be there. It s not a great time for people to be in the hospital. A nice nurse shouldn t be noteworthy, it should be the standard. Also, billing department, perhaps do not go hit a patient up in the ER to ask how they re going to pay you when nobody even knows what s wrong with them because it takes eleven hours to be seen there when you arrive by ambulance. IDK man, can I pay you in the blood of my unborn? Cuz I ve got other things to worry about than your money. That s not healthcare, that s poor business ethics. Next time I m bleeding to death from my uterus I ll take my chances elsewhere.
