Zero Stars - one of the worst customer experiences...

Zero Stars - one of the worst customer experiences you can expect to receive, whats even more frustrating is that we are paying for this service. The security questions are the biggest joke, asking for information and dates from over 10 years ago since time of study. I've never come across an organisation that asks for so many personal details. The advice i got was to send a letter with my bank details in order to get a refund! Really? Year 2017?
