I purchased a Mazda3 with this Autobarn in Novembe...

I purchased a Mazda3 with this Autobarn in November 2015. When I was sold the car, I was also advertised a $900 mobile-key start feature. I paid 8.5% sales tax on this part and my vehicle when I purchased it. On November 23, 2016 I went to have the part installed and was notified that the $900 part *WAS NOT EVEN COMPATIBLE WITH MY CAR*.

They promised me a refund for the part, but it never came. In February I called the dealership several times, but no one knew how to help me. After my fourth call I was given the information of a Sales Manager (Jonathan Sammons) who told me he would handle the issue immediately on February 24th. Over the next four weeks, I sent four e-mails to Jonathan trying to confirm that the check was on its way. Each time, Jonathan assured me that the check was "on its way". On March 24th (AN ENTIRE MONTH AFTER HE FIRST PROMISED ME THE CHECK WAS ON ITS WAY) Jonathan confessed that HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING and had "dropped the ball". He finally sent a refund request to a woman named Georgette.

Since that e-mail on March 24th I have e-mailed Georgette three times and the Manager of the Autobarn and have received no response. I called in today and finally spoke with a Manager only to be told rudely that "they have no idea" why I haven't received my check.

So now it has been 4.5 months since I was promised a refund and it still feels like there is no end in sight.

Great work, Autobarn.
