I rated a 1 star because i couldnt rate none. This place was horrible rude staff who made u feel like you were only there for drugs i came in with adominal pain because i was previously diagmosed at mt regular dr for gallstones so i informed them of my condition and let them know i have asthma and the pain was causing me breathing problems i set for 2 hrs weezing didnt see the dr then finally i do and she orders a ct scan and blood work. I asked if i could get a breathing treatment she said no you didn't come in for asthma u stated abdominal pain i tried to explain to her i have asthma and the pain was causing me to feel short of bresthe she then replied i hear no weezing! I explained i could feel it in my chest she then stated she is the one with a medical degree not me and if i do not agree with her plan of care for me i can leave. I then told her i was only explaining how im feeling and she stated and im telling you what i see and what i am going to do thats it. So i then asked may i get pain medicine for my abdominal pain she said i could have tylenol i asked could i have something else tylenol is given to pregnaunt women its not going to help with my pain she stated no you dint need narcotics if your here form that please leave and stop wasting my time... all of this was said to me in the waiting room infront of other patients i was so mistreated and labeled as an addict when i take no medications or drugs on any daily or recreational time i left embarrassed disrespected and not treated for my intial visit after driving there from baytown only because they had a shorter wait time thrn the hospital near me and it was already 9pm
