When you arrive ask for Meriem. She is the only front desk lady that knows what she is doing. The cards for your hotel room totally suck. Today I ve been to the front desk 5 TIMES to get different cards. Other then then that, amazing place for family, food amazing but service and other stuff like that sucks. Get it together you guys are suppose to be a 5 star hotel
