Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Sterling BMW's Service Department. My service advisor, Adam, really knocked himself out to be accommodating! From my initial phone call to make the appointment right through to the pick up at the needed time, I was treated with the utmost customer service. This was not my first experience there, but each time I'm becoming more appreciative of their excellent service!
