Worst experience even for a regular customer. I felt like i am living in a third world nation even after talking to the manager.
1. I scheduled for a service a week ago and when i walked in with my car, they don't have my appointment in the system even though i have the email from them saying otherwise.
2. They asked me to drop my car for the day for a simple service that doesn't even take 30 minutes for a mechanic
3. The manager(mark kristen) in the high 40s or 50s acted as a racist white guy treating me with disrespect.

Never going back to JIM ELLIS again, Worst service , Worst people who are racists. Better travel some miles and go to a place where they don't treat customers with disrespect
