First time visiting this complex, it is beautiful.
We have been owners of timeshare for almost 40 years in this company and it is nice to see how it grows.
I had to meet him in times of a pandemic and I see that they carry out all the security protocols, we use face masks, there are gel dispensers everywhere, the employees always wear face masks and masks.
I stayed in a Mayan Palace suite, it has space for 5 adults and a minor, it has a room with a king size bed, a living room with two armchairs which are used as single beds, a dining room and an equipped kitchenette, the kitchenette has : two-burner electric stove, microwave oven, sink with drainer for dishes, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic plates (extended, deep and dessert) ceramic cups, glass glasses, crystal glasses and cutlery, everything for 8 people.
It also has a stainless steel cookware (three pots of different sizes with their lids and griddle) cooking utensils (spoon, knife, potato peeler, uncorker, lemon squeezer, sieve or strainer, can opener, chopping board) jug for water, placemats. They provide you with soap and sponge to wash your dishes. They clean your room every day but they don't wash your kitchen utensils, which I see as very logical and hygienic for us.
The one with a kitchenette was very practical for me because restaurants are very expensive, for example; 10 wings and a beer 550 pesos, breakfast buffet 475 pesos per person, a drink prepared on the beach 195 pesos. Before arriving at the hotel I went to a supermarket in Puerto Morelos and made my pantry, if something is missing there is a small supermarket where you can find everything within the complex, it is also a bit expensive but it gets you out of trouble.
The Hotel is very beautiful, its gardens and pools are luxurious, the attention of all the staff is very attentive and friendly.
The complex is owned by Cirque do Solei, which is a guarantee.
I will return as many times as possible.
