Not at all satisfied. I booked 5 nights at this hotel this past September and was thoroughly disappointed. The first room I was given faced the back of the hotel, which is just an ugly parking lot that looks like an industrial loading zone, and a large spiral metal staircase that obstructed nearly the entire window. After complaining of the view of the parking lot and further obstruction by the staircase, I was moved to a room on a lower level with only one window which also faced the parking lot and a sidewall of the hotel. In addition, both rooms felt very old and in major need of updating. The walls were dirty and tons of paint chipped away from the room door and the doors on the closets. I expected more for my money and from a brand like the Waldorf Astoria. I would have expected more from a Best Western! For the money I spent on my room here I could have had a sea facing room at another hotel in cannes with a slightly lower rating, but what's the point of a 5 star hotel when your room is not even at a 3 star level! Horrible experience. My advice, stay away!
