Great location on the Promenade des Anglais, local...

Great location on the Promenade des Anglais, local on 2 floors with a small shop selling T-shirts and accessories and some heirlooms on display here and there. As for the bar service, high prices and some elusive staff members who don't even say goodbye (not all of them fortunately!), A tourist place that, without offense or malice, I don't recommend too much but certainly has its fame.
