I went to Toyota with a hope that they could help me in a difficult situation. I owed more on my car than it was worth. Dale De St. Jeor was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was able to get us into another car and now we have two reliable cars. We were very pleased and also pleased with the overall process and the great comprehensive service agreement. It is really nice to have such good options.
