This is a place you have to visit in person and experience for yourself. It has a special place in human history, proving what we can do if we work together and the possibilities of what we will accomplish in the future. There are so many things to learn about desires to explore and our ability to overcome incredible obstacles. These shared dreams push us to do our best. Plenty here for the kids and the big kids too. Things to ignite imagination as to what is possible. To see the Saturn V up close as well as the Shuttle are some of the highlights of the Saturn V complex. Pictures don't quite do it justice. What struck me was the enormous size of Saturn V and how incredibly small the capsule was. Hopefully you get the chance to see a launch during your visit. The odds of viewing a launch are increasing in 2020 with events from SpaceX, Boeing and ULA and next year, Blue Origin. There are so many things we have yet to learn, you can easily spend a few days here. Our last visit had restrictions to some areas we could see. We found out later there was a static fire test for SpaceX upcoming launch and the delivery of the SpaceX crew dragon capsule for our return to human space flight from US soil. The launch we were hoping to see was delayed a few days and we had to fly home. We will be back!
