I've been working with Accel Property Management as a landlord for a little over 2 years. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. They follow through with their plans, and always keep me in the loop when it comes to my property. The send me monthly reports, and explain everything in detail. When it comes to income tax season, they provide me with all the paperwork I need to file. The vendors they use to repair and get your property ready for rent are top notch. I've dropped in unannounced to check on my property, and all I can say is they're a group of professional people with outstanding service. The office staff along with the maintenance staff are easy to work with, and provide you honest feedback. They have never been rude to me, or gave me the runaround. All in all, this a great company to work with, and their service is excellent! You just need to be realistic, have patience, and remember that everything takes time.
