When I left my car at Billion they wrote down the incorrect contact information for myself. This made it very difficult for them to find my account information when I called for updates on my vehicle. They also told me the repair would take 2 days and it ended up taking 8 days! The receptionist was also very short with me and acted like it was my fault they could not find my account.
