I find it very unoffensive, when people who speak only broken German, are placed in a call center. The staff was friendly, but I have so often barely understood that it was quite annoying.
Please do not get this wrong! I do not want to say that nobody with foreign roots should do such a job, but only if there is a fluent speech.
The good man hardly understood my sentences, which he had to write down. I had to repeat each word individually.
Unfortunately, this seems very unoffensive and does not give a good and safe impression.
