I purchased a steel building from this company 2 years ago. They originally gave me one price and told me that it was going to be less money once the engineers took out the windows and doors as well as the garage door. It came back at almost double when I ask for my money back the answer was this"you signed a contract that said you would take delivery of a steel building so either take delivery and pay the difference or forfeit your money" and " we don't sell steel buildings that was a sales person that called you" I then downsized the building to make it close to the original price.
We started building this a few weeks ago and have had horrible results. They have confused the back Gable with the front Gable. The front Gable has a garage door in it that was supposed to be wood framed they sent me the steel for the garage door side and not the backside. Once again shorting me on my money. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. I have been in the construction industry for 30 years and I have never had such a horrible experience with another Building Company.
