I never write reviews unless I really have to but this company is honestly the most unprofessional, inept energy provider I have had the misfortune of coming across. The only reason I had to use them was because it is the company used by our estate agent at the time we moved into the property and being new to the area, thought this was a good one to use. If there was a lower rating, I would have selected this! If you like dealing with long wait times on the phone because they can't manage to get their online portal to work, this is the company for you. I initially tried to get them to sort this out for me but after 5 calls, my online log in still was not working. Finally logged a complaint, where they tell me to clear my browser settings (yet again!) only for it to still not be working - they even had the nerve to tell me I had been able to successfully login so they considered my complaint closed! To top it all off, they promised a call back before setting up a Direct Debit so I can go through the whole process over the phone - guess what, they never called back and just setup the Direct Debit. I couldn't believe they offered me 20gbp compensation for the experience as a result of this very dismal customer service - unreal. The last and final straw in all of this is - my bill due date is 7/6/2019 - paid the account in full on 5/6/2019 as I just fully intend to switch providers now - surprise surprise - I get a letter in the post dated 5/6/2019 from a debt collector agency as they referred my account to them for payment! What a joke!
