The costumer support is honestly very bad, try to hire more people so they can respond to peoples emails, calls, ect. So i think that you can get alot more people playing if you do this too, since they would know that there account is in good hands, for example, my account got hijacked so i tried to contact jagax for about a week, no one responded so i just made a new account, i still quit for a little while since that account had insane stuff in it, i had a 1 month membership that i lost too, i need a refund for that, when you play runescape and spend money its risky since theres a chance that something is going to happen to your account, so try to help people out and jagax might be saved.
