Hi..I was very frustrated that I had issues with my Malibu that I bought in may..but brandon in director of service was phenomenal..he explained everything to me ..step by step..brandon made me feel important and I matter..I just wasn't a number...THANK U BRANDON...HE IS A REALLY GOOD ASSET TO JIM ELLIS.. NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM
