What can I say about what one of the oldest, fancy hotels in Texas?

The interior is museum quality, the service and wait-staff at every level is truly professional, the bar/restaurant is old-school superb, the actual restaurant is a very nice thirty dollar a plate restaurant that is worth the money if you can afford it, and the 1867 cafe is very pleasant.
