Utterly useless is not the word, and by awarding them 1 whole star could be perceived by some as being over generous! Been on hold for ages and seems like no one can be bothered to pick up the phone. I want to claim refund for overpayment, but this seems like an impossible task.

Quite frankly I believe that they should be shut down!
