Horrible!!! I received a phone call from Meghan on a Thursday. I was not in the market for a new car but she made me feel comfortable about coming in a looking for a possible trade in and trade up deal. I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30.
When I arrived she greeted me, along with salesman Eric who she said would get me started and after she was finished with what she needed to finish she would be back. She said in about 15 minutes. Meghan never returned.
I sat with Eric and told him my wants and expectations, etc. He tried to put me in a base model Optima, which I was very clear and said that I did not want that even before he showed me the car. As we walked up to it, I flat out said no. He then found a car to my liking and then we started to crunch numbers. Meghan, whom I saw walk in and out of the finance office that I was sitting next to (all the finance guys were also talking garbage about the customers in the building buying cars) didn t even come to check on how everything was going.
I ve reviewed Keffer Kia in the past for all the horrible things they ve done to me as their customer, but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt to make it better for me. No more. Please don t ever go to this dealership. They re horrible!
